Scheduling Automation

Referral to 8 booked sessions. Zero manual scheduling.

1 Referral comes in -- patient directed to in-person evaluation
2 During the eval -- Amanda captures availability and adds it to patient's GHL profile as a note
3 AI cross-references Synapse doc -- finds the patient by name and pulls their email and PT schedule
4 AI reads Amanda's calendar + patient availability note -- picks 8 dates, 1 week apart (unless specified otherwise)
5 Patient receives SMS + branded email -- full 8-session schedule with dates, times, and location details

This replaces Evelyn's scheduling work entirely. No training. No turnover. No back-and-forth.
